As Wedding Day Manager, I will accompany you on your wedding day. I will take care of all the organisational details, such as arrangements with various service providers, so that everything goes according to plan. You can concentrate fully on your wedding, yourselves and your guests and celebrate your love in style.
As there are still some unfinished tasks on your wedding day itself, it's good to have a wedding planner at your side. I always keep an eye on your wedding schedule and make sure that all service providers are provided with all the necessary information so that they can provide their services in the best possible way. For example, I coordinate with the DJ when he will arrive and meet him at the entrance. I show him where the power connections are in the location and therefore where his DJ booth is. I am in constant contact with the service manager of the location to ensure that everything fits in with your programme and the guest contributions when the wedding menu is served.
As a wedding planner, I am also happy to be the first point of contact for your guests. I can help you bring gifts to the gift table or show you where the wedding ceremony is taking place.
When your wedding ceremony begins, I make sure that all your guests are seated in good time and that the wedding speaker has already done his microphone sound check. The flower girls are in position and the musicians are ready to play as soon as you, the bride and groom, walk through the centre of your guests to your seats.

We sit down together about 6 weeks before your wedding and discuss the entire programme for your wedding day. This is essential so that I am informed about every detail of your wedding and nothing is forgotten. Following our discussion, I will draw up a daily schedule for your wedding so that you can see exactly when the getting ready takes place, when you make your way to the location and when the champagne reception starts. It is also relevant when which service providers will arrive and set up, decorate, carry out the sound check or make other preparations on site.
I need a list of all booked service providers with contact details so that I can get in touch with them to clarify any final questions and discuss organisational details.
On your big day, I act in the background and take care of all the coordination and communication with the venue and all service providers so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy your wedding day.
